We also handle canadian and international
orders. Please note that there will be handling charges in
addition to what your total shows. We will email you with
the difference in prices.

Your privacy as our customer is of extreme importance. We
do not in any way sell, trade, or make public your information.
All of your address information is stored on a secure server
backed by an SSL certificate providing the highest level of
internet security. Once your order has been processed and
verified, all payment and credit card information is immediately
removed from the secure web server to ensure that your payment
information is COMPLETELY UNAVAILABLE to anyone on the internet.
We value your business as much as we value your privacy.
SHIPPING POLICY
In stock orders ship within 24 hours of being processed. In
the event of a back order, we will contact you to inform you
of the back order and the expected ship date for your order.
We charge actual freight rates and do no charge an additional
handling fee. We ship orders via the most economical carrier.
Typically, we use UPS for ground shipments and either FedEx
or UPS for expedited air shipments. We use US Mail for international
orders unless specified by the customer. All damages and shortages
with orders received via UPS, FedEx and US Mail must be reported
within 48 hours. Transit time for most ground shipments is
4 business days depending on your location. Certain items
are drop shipped direct from the manufacturer. Additional
transit time of 24-48 hours may apply in certain cases depending
on availability.
ADDITIONAL HANDLING CHARGES
Some items such as fluorescent lamps, fixtures, larger protein
skimmers, calcium reactors, sumps, and over-weight items are
based on dimensional weight. If you prefer to know your shipping
cost in advance, please email us your order information and
shipping address. We will email you an invoice total showing
your shipping charges.

RETURN POLICY
- Orders may be returned as long as: The
product has not been used.
- The product is in the original box and
the packaging resalable and not damaged.
- The product is accompanied by all its
original paperwork, instructions, warranty cards, and accessories.
- The product was purchased within the last
30 days.
We cannot be held responsible for return
shipping costs associated with your returned item. We also
suggest insuring your package, as we cannot be responsible
if the product arrives to us damaged. Any item not exchanged
for another item may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Books,
clearance items, and special orders are not returnable.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Be sure to read the manufacturers warranty on any product
you purchase. Most manufacturers prefer to deal directly with
the end user on any warranty issues, but please contact us
if you believe to have purchased a defective item so we can
assist you in getting this matter resolved.
DAMAGED ITEMS
PLEASE inspect every shipment upon receipt. If your merchandise
arrives damaged, immediately notify us before returning it
or contacting UPS. All parcels are insured, so keep all original
packaging and shipping boxes in case an inspection is required.
Arrangements can then be made to send a replacement item.
All damage claims must be made within 7 days of receiving
the package. Any claim made over 7 days may be out of our
control, so please inspect your shipment immediately upon
delivery. If you have purchased lamps to use at a later date,
we advise testing them immediately when receiving them.
OUR LOWEST PRICE GUARANTEE
If you find an item at a lower price from another vendor,
we will meet or beat that price as long as it is a legitimate
advertised price and the vendor has the item in stock (some
exceptions may apply).
